We can arrange for the body of the person who has died to be brought home or taken to our Chapel of Rest.

Bringing the body home can feel intimidating, but is for many a natural instinct, indeed it was part of our culture until recent history. We can help and support you with this decision. In our experience, bringing a loved one home can have huge emotional benefits, and in the case of an unexpected death, or when a child has died, itallows time for acceptance of loss.

Our Chapel of Rest is in a beautiful Cornish valley and we encourage you to spend as much time here with your loved one as you need. Many people take a peaceful walk up the river and come back for tea by the fire.
